ABOUT

Tim Savage

Founder

Tim Savage has been helping clients protect their nest eggs for more than 10 years. With over 1,500 clients in 38 states, he cares deeply for the needs of others. He attended Ridge High School, Basking Ridge, NJ, and also went to college for Marketing in NJ.

At an early age, Tim started a family in New England and raised 7 children. All but one are grown and have children of their own. A tragedy occured in 2010, when his 19-year-old son, Caleb, was killed in a car accident and this turned his world upside down but as is his custom, by the grace of God, Tim turned tragedy into triumph. Seeing Life Insurance pay for this horrific event, made him realize he wanted to help others protect themselves and this launched Tim’s passion for people to be properly structured and caused him to enter the Financial Services industry.

He has enjoyed above average success and has won multiple awards and accolades, one of which was having the highest retention rate of clients in a group of more than 1,000 Producers, because his clients were and are satisfied. Tim’s unwavering philosophy is this. “If it’s not the right thing for my prospects or clients, I’ll be the first to talk them out of it!”
His company, Leg Up Advisors, based in Cape Coral, FL has partnered up with leading and equally respected industry experts who have more than 250 years of combined experience helping others with ethical tax mitigation and estate structuring. When not working, Tim spends much of his free time volunteering and counseling others in need.

Our Team of Strategic Partners

Carter Wilcoxson

Founder and CEO of ePIC Services Company

For nearly two decades, Carter has assisted top advisors in providing safe retirement solutions, bringing access to a network of industry professionals, and supporting their many clients.

His personal experience with the “average” households seeking to protect their savings has driven him to identify unmet needs in the financial industry. Carter noticed a gap between those with a solid retirement plan and those at risk of outliving their savings or having their legacy mismanaged.

To address this, he collaborated with leading experts to create the three E’s: Educate, Enlighten, and Empower. This led to the development of cloud-based Estate Planning software combined with his unique process, offering a much-needed solution.

Carter and his team now connect consumers with the necessary financial professionals and education through the eStatePlan™ Portfolio. This innovative solution helps people avoid costly legal fees using the OEPT (Outsourced Estate Planning Team) for comprehensive estate and legacy planning support.

Carter is also the ambassador of Legacy Stories and is leading the charge of The Living Legacy Project, which helps his network of independent advisors provide the necessary process to document their extensive lives. Tim Savage is one such Financial Professional.

Ciara Lister, Esq.

Network Attorney

As a network attorney for eStatePlan™ Ciara Lister believes in three key pillars: planning, preparation, and prevention. A full-scholarship graduate of Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Fla., Lister began her law career as a Commercial Insurance Litigator in Boca Raton. She began seeing clients and her close friends struggle with the negative effects of probate proceedings, from dwindling inheritances to families destroyed by battles over money. This motivated her to change her focus to Estate Planning so she could help people avoid these issues before it was too late, rather than perform legal triage when the damage to families and their legacies had already been done.
